All Sales Final / No Refunds

All services, packages, deposits, memberships, and products are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

Unused services, packages, or unopened products may be exchanged for in-store credit only. In-store credit may be used toward other treatments or products and has no cash value.

If a package has been started, completed treatments will be charged at regular (non-promotional) pricing, and any remaining balance will be issued as in-store credit.

All credits are non-transferable.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments canceled same-day or no-shows result in a $100 cancellation fee.

Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving late may have their treatment shortened or may need to reschedule.

Package & Gift Certificate Policy

Packages and gift certificates are non-refundable. Services within a package may be exchanged for other treatments with approval from an esthetician and manager. Remaining balances are issued as in-store credit only. Packages expire after three years. Gift certificates expire after one year.

Results vary from person to person. No guarantees are expressed or implied. Multiple treatments may be required for optimal results.

Treatment Eligibility

Some treatments may not be appropriate for certain medical conditions, medications, or pregnancy. A consultation may be required prior to treatment. SonoBella Clinic reserves the right to refuse service when necessary for client safety.

Privacy Policy

Client information is kept confidential and used only for appointment scheduling, communication, and occasional promotional offers. We do not sell or share your personal information.
